Cheryl recently joined our team at the O'Connor Rehab and Wellness Clinic as an Office Administrator. She brings with her over 25 years of experience in administration in the medical field. She has also worked for 10 years with a graphics and advertising agency as an Office Manager. With such a diverse background and wide skill-set, Cheryl aims to apply her knowledge and expertise in hopes to better serve patients and improve their experience here at the clinic.

Christina Bujouves

Christina Bujouves, Administrative Assistant

Christina joins our team as an office administrator. She brings with her 8 years of experience in the health wellness field as a Homeopath and Health Administrator. As the first person you meet when you come to the O'Connor Clinic, Christina aims to provide a warm and welcoming environment and is to assist you with your all your scheduling needs.

Vera Markovska

Vera Markovska, Marketing Manager and Office Administrator

Vera Markovska has been with O'Connor Rehab & Wellness for over thirteen years. She has a background in nursing and many years of experience in the medical field. Her dedication and hard work are just some of the many attributes she possesses. In addition to her administrative duties, Vera is also in charge of Marketing for the clinic.

Dr. Len Herman

Dr. Len Herman, B.Sc., D.C., C.C.R.D., Chiropractor, Clinic Director

Dr. Len Herman, chiropractor and clinic owner, is pleased to provide a modern, full service rehabilitation and treatment facility. O'Connor Rehab & Wellness Clinic specializes in musculoskeletal injuries. The goal of our clinic is to provide quality care and functional restoration, returning the patient to a pre-injury level of activity as soon as possible. We take great pride in providing supportive therapy, as well as preventive strategies for recovering patients and those who have desire to remain well in their personal health.

Dr. Herman attended undergraduate studies at University of Toronto (1985) and York University (1986-1989). He attended Chiropractic College in Toronto at Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC), graduating in 1993. He has since obtained a specialty in clinical rehabilitation through the American Chiropractic Rehabilitation Board, and more recently, has obtained Catastrophic Assessment status through CMCC.

Dr. Herman is proud of his chosen profession and updates his education in this regard. He is a member of the Ontario Chiropractic Association and Canadian Chiropractic Association. Apart from operating his private chiropractic practice, Dr. Herman also has extensive experience over the past 20-years in the auto insurance industry, as an insurance examiner. He also has experience working with personal injury lawyers, as well as addressing personal injury files through his involvement in a side company, namely Preferred Independent Assessments Inc. that operates out of 945 O'Connor Drive, Toronto ON.

Dr. Herman has worked in various multidisciplinary treatment environments. He is proud to work closely with registered physiotherapists, registered massage therapists, and other allied conservative health care providers, both at O'Connor Rehab & Wellness Clinic, and in the insurance industry.

Jordan Duffy

Jordan Duffy, R.P.T., H.B.K., D.P.T., Clinic Manager

Physical therapy requires the responsibility to ensure that treatments are strongly founded in research and that patient concerns are thoroughly addressed. I practice with an evidence-based approach to ensure that I afford my patients quality care. As a physical therapist I strive to contribute a quality of care that further promotes the true effectiveness of physical therapy treatment interventions. I accept the challenge to grow and improve as a member of the profession.

I have been practising Physiotherapy since 2005. I am a graduate from the State University of New York at Buffalo with Doctor of Physical Therapy. I also have an Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology from Lakehead University in Canada, with a minor in Biomechanics. I am a licensed Physical Therapist in both Ontario and in the state of New York. I have experience in Canadian Physiotherapy Association Manual Therapy, Mulligan and McKenzie evaluation techniques with Gary Gray therapeutic exercise. I have completed extensive research in vestibular diagnosis and rehabilitation. My publications can be reviewed from the links below. I am also a strong advocate of evidence-based practice and continuing education. I specialise in the assessment and multidiciplinary treatment of post-operative orthopaedics, as well as traumatic orthopaedic and neurological injury for all age groups. I am also responsible for In-home Assessments, Jobsite Analysis, Multidisiplinary Evaluations and Functional Ablity Evaluations.

Tenzin Rabyang

Tenzin Rabyang, R.P.T., B.P.T., Registered Physiotherapist

Tenzin Rabyang studied Physiotherapy from Rajiv Gandhi University (India) and graduated in 2012. He joined bridging program for physiotherapy in University of Toronto and got an opportunity to learn physiotherapy in different Canadian healthcare settings. He speaks English, Hindi and Nepali fluently. He is currently Physiotherapy Resident in Ontario.

Jacqueline Reyes

Jacqueline Reyes, Physiotherapy Assistant

Jackie is an internationally educated physiotherapist who recently joined O'Connor Rehab and Wellness Clinic as a part-time Physiotherapy Assistant (PTA). She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy in Manila, Philippines where she worked in both clinical and hospital setting before coming to Canada. She finished the Ontario Internationally Educated Physiotherapy Bridging Program (OIEPB) from University of Toronto.

Bethan Pulla

Bethan Pulla, R. Kin., HBSc.Kin, Physiotherapy Assistant

Bethan is a Registered Kinesiologist who graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from McMaster University in 2011. She went on to complete a Masters of Professional Kinesiology at Brock University. She has experience working with seniors, children and individuals with disabilities in a variety of settings, including fitness and rehabilitation. Bethan is passionate about helping clients through the rehabilitation process, ensuring they can maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Stephen Yusay

Stephen Yusay, Hs.BSc.(Kin)

Stephen graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology at the University of Ontario Institute of Technology in 2019. He has experience supporting in-patients at Holland Bloorview Kid’s Rehabilitation Hospital with the Brain Injury Rehabilitation Team and the Specialized Orthopedic and Developmental Rehabilitation Team. Stephen is ecstatic to be part of the team as a physiotherapist assistant at this clinic, and has the desire to assist patients in their rehabilitation process in a benevolent and therapeutic manner.

Janine Viret

Janine Viret, Registered Massage Therapist

Shortly after Graduating from Centennial College with a diploma in Massage Therapy in 2004 Janine came to the O'Connor Rehab and Wellness Clinic to join the team. Over the years Janine has treated a wide variety of illnesses and conditions and has taken continuous education courses in order to provide the best care she can to her clients and be up to date with any new information. Although Janine sees all different conditions she especially enjoys working with pre and post natal clients and has had experience with infant massage as well.

Sandra Lauzon

Sandra Lauzon, Registered Massage Therapist

I graduated from Kikkawa College of Massage Therapy in Toronto in July 2006 - Registered with the CMTO - College of Massage Therapist's of Ontario, in September 2006. I hold professional affiliation with the Registered Massage Therapist's Association of Ontario (RMTAO), Kikkawa College alumni, and the LinkedIn Professional Network.

Since I have been a Massage Therapist, I have worked in a variety of diverse settings: medical therapeutic, sport's rehabilitation, motor vehicle accident evaluation - (MVA), individual personal injury - WSIB, stress management /relaxation, as well as chair massage in corporate/ private and special event settings. I have additionally worked as a voluntary palliative care therapist with Hospice Toronto. My current training is for Craniomandibular treatments for (TMJD) - Temporal Mandibular Joint Dysfunction - Assessment and alleviation of jaw pain - for teeth clenching, grinding, locking, clicking, and associated factors - headaches, and neck pain.

There are many known benefits to Massage Therapy, some of these are decreasing pain, promoting healing in the tissues and recovery time - due to trauma or illness, aiding circulation, providing increased range of motion in the limbs, easing stress and tension and promoting wellbeing. My Massage Modalities include Swedish Massage, Fascial Release, Deep Tissue, Therapeutic, Sports, Pre-Post natal, Craniomandibular (TMJ), Relaxation, Chair massage.

Devorah Eisenman

Devorah Eisenman, B.H.K., Registered Massage Therapist

Since joining the team at O'Connor in 2008, it has been Dev's privilege to provide treatment and care for her clients as they present with varying conditions whether they be musculoskeletal or stress relief/relaxation based. Her involvement and education throughout the years in the health care field has enabled her to develop specialized skills and attention to detail when treating her clients. Dev's philosophy is that Massage Therapy is an art form as well as a science. Her approach is holistic in nature and individuals are treated with the goal of promoting their physical health and general well being. Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, as well as General Swedish Massage techniques, are just some of the modalities she may incorporate to treat specific issues/conditions that a client may present with, to facilitate their optimal care and healing.

Devorah became a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) after graduating from the Canadian College of Massage & Hydrotherapy in 2006 and is a member of the Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario (RMTAO). She obtained a Bachelor of Human Kinetics with Honours in Kinesiology from the University of Windsor in 1990, where she assisted with massage techniques as a student volunteer for the University of Windsor Track and Field Team. She has also completed the Fitness Leadership Certificate Program at Seneca College (1997).
